Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from concept through to execution, ensuring that they follow established process and adhere to timelines
- Handle day-to-day contact with the clients on multiple projects
- Support the development of creative briefs and help brief in and direct the production and creative team on projects
- Develop and maintain program budgets and workback schedules
- Manage the processes to facilitate workflow efficiency
- Manage the creative team, external resources, suppliers/vendors
- Help strengthen relationships with clients and suppliers
- Help lead the agency team to produce the highest-quality work
- Demonstrate an understanding of all aspects of the client’s business and their competitive environment.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience with a digital or design agency
- Experience with online/digital marketing
- Experience handling integrated marketing campaigns, with a range of media touch points
- Familiarity with the web development process
- Knowledge of the print production process
- Solid understanding of the creative process, from briefing through to execution
- Strategic mind with an understanding of the consumer marketing and/or design business

We are growing and seeking a talented Senior Recruiter / Account Manager. This opportunity will be best suited for an independent contractor and is a 100% commission based opportunity. We will provide the leads and a few existing accounts for the ideal candidate to grow and manage.
A minimum of 5 years IT staffing experience will be required. This role will grow towards a salary / commissioned based opportunity.
