Our client is a start-up and is responsible for developing and operating a portfolio of technology “start-ups”. The Operations Manager’s primary responsibility is to ensure that all is running smoothly with portfolio companies as they gear up to launch, grow, or evolve. The position has varying degrees of general and broad oversight over end-to-end business operations – including finance, legal, facilities, and human resources. Duties:

  • Assume overall responsibility for business process management discipline within the Operations Group.
  • Track progress on all items and produce regular reports to VP, New Venture Operations.

This role requires the developer to perform multiple tasks in SharePoint and .Net development projects. The developer should be comfortable in developing software in C# (ASP.Net, Windows and Web applications) and SharePoint 2003/2007 (custom web parts, configuration, features, integration etc.). Tasks will include working solo or in a team in design, development and testing of components or entire customer solutions.
